Job Overview:

 

  • Developing the medical marketing content strategy of the brand;
  • Effectively creating, managing, and executing educational and promotional marketing programs, and communicational strategies for sales teams;
  • Creating a communication plan to be used across all marketing and PR activities;
  • Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of medical marketing campaigns;
  • Assist with developing brand strategy, tactical plans, and budgets;
  • Assist with the development of annual marketing plans of action in collaboration with the rest of the marketing team;
  • Working hand in hand with regulatory, R&D and marketing to execute brand projects and communication;
  • Supporting all department projects within his area of responsibility;
  • Organizing educational and promotional training, participation in symposiums;
  • Identifying strategically important professionals and clinics, and developing strong relationships with them to act as independent advisors and measurably increase and enhance the advocacy for the brand;
  • Preparing all educational and scientific materials;

 

For this role you will need:

 

  • Completed degree in a medical or scientific field or pharmacy;
  • Sales and/or medical Marketing background
  • Experience at least 3 years in the same or relevant position
  • Excellent planning, prioritization, and communication skills;
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently;
  • Creative problem solver approach, ability to anticipate business needs;
  • Very good knowledge of English, combined with advanced computer skills;
  • Team player attitude;
  • Interpersonal communication, proactive decision-making, and leadership abilities are necessary;
  • Creativity and deadline-based time management are must-haves.
