Italy is the latest stop on our international journey. 

From today, our customers there can discover and order their favourite products directly from our new local online shop. With the launch of biotradeshop.it, we’re taking another important step in the development of our own international e-commerce network, following the successful launch of local online shops in Germany, Romania and the UK.  

But this time, we have another reason to celebrate.  

The launch of the Italian website also marks the opening of our new fulfilment centre in Italy. This means that orders from our Italian customers will be dispatched directly from Italy – a move that will reduce delivery times and make shopping at Biotrade much quicker and more convenient. 

For us, international expansion isn’t just about adding another country to the map. It’s about getting closer to the people who trust us and adapting the way we reach them.
