Triple Active Cream for lightening stubborn dark spots that are resistant to standard hyperpigmentation treatments. Effective against sunspots, pigmentation from acne scars, pregnancy, burns, age spots, and freckles.

Effect
How to use
- During the first week, apply the cream every two days in the evening.
- During the second week, apply every night, and if there are no unwanted side effects – 2 times a day for a minimum of 4 weeks. If redness occurs in the treated area, reduce the use to 3 times a week.
- For best results, combine with Melabel Brightening Day Cream SPF50 +.
Important:
- During the day it is mandatory to use a cream with a very high protection factor (SPF 50+), regardless of the season.
- You should not use products containing Retinol and vitamin A derivatives while using lightening products.
- If your skin is more sensitive, you may feel a slight tingling and/or burning sensation that passes quickly.

Active Ingredients
- 4-Butyl Resorcinol and Hexyl Resorcinol – these ingredients inhibit the activity of Tyrosinase, the enzyme responsible for converting the amino acid Tyrosine into Melanin. By doing so, they reduce Melanin production and help minimize the appearance of hyperpigmentation.
- Niacinamide – known for its anti-inflammatory, restorative, and antioxidant properties. It reduces dark spots, improves skin texture, brightens, and evens out the overall complexion.
- Azelaic Acid – brightens and evens the skin tone, effectively treating post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and melasma. It strongly inhibits melanogenesis, gently exfoliates the skin, and promotes skin regeneration.
- 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) – a powerful antioxidant that stimulates collagen production, reduces dark spots, brightens the complexion, and rejuvenates the skin.
